Aufgaben

Oversee visual standards across 800+ branded retail spaces and the Hamburg showroom

Plan and optimize store layouts using designated software
- Lead studio rollouts and store openings, managing timelines and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and proactively manage risks

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial goals
- Coordinate with sales teams, retail partners, and external vendors for studio updates and installations
Profil

3–5 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser in structured retail environments or branded consumer goods
- Previous experience in project management is desirable

Strong balance of creativity and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluent in both German and English
