Why Rolls-Royce?

We have an exciting opportunity for an MRO Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Aftermarket Operations team.

With an expanding Overhaul Base Network and a flying fleet that requires our continued support, we are growing our Planning & Control (P&C) team in Aftermarket Operations within Civil Aerospace.

Investing in our people is critical to our future success in Aftermarket P&C. We are responsible for managing the end to end supply and demand processes across our global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Network and ensuring that our Engines return back to our customers as efficiently as possible. As our customer demand continues to increase, it’s an exciting time to join a growing, high-performing team, to enable Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations to deliver.

As the MRO Supply Chain Operations Manager, reporting to the VP Supply Control, you will be responsible for facilitating key enablers in our organisation to drive operational excellence.

You will:

  • Lead part of a planning and control organisation ensuring that it facilitates excellence in on time customer delivery, optimal levels of working capital and functional/operational costs

  • Collaborate across our network and across the organisation to maximise Aftermarket Operations' delivery outcomes and in turn, for Civil Aerospace and Rolls-Royce.

  • Deliver key accountabilities which include the design, development, planning, coordinating and governance of the critical supply and value chains required by the business.

  • Develop robust planning and understanding of supply chain performance to ensure that performance risks are understood and appropriate mitigation actions are taken.

  • Effectively understand and articulate performance risks to enable informed decision making.

We pioneer cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet our planet’s vital power needs. We’re ready for our future. We’re proud to be part of the pathway to net zero as we power society for generations to come.

Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.

We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

Your needs are as unique as you are. We encourage flexible working arrangements and support hybrid working wherever possible, so you can always be at your best - wherever and whenever you work.
